Progressbar Largehorn is the sixteenth version and the latest beta version of Progressbar in the Progress Computer lineup. It resembles Microsoft Longhorn, the project which later became Windows Vista.
In order to have the ability to unlock Progressbar Largehorn, you must unlock the latest Progressbar mainline system available (Progressbar 11.22 as of now). Then, a percentage bar appears in the OS upgrade screen that slowly increases with an amount of points that you earn after completing each level. You will need a total of 2500000 points to unlock Progressbar Largehorn.

- A test sound for Progressbar Largehorn exists in the game's files, but it was rejected during development. It sounds different, being a combination of the XB and Wista startup sounds.
- This was the first version of Progressbar to be based on a development version of Windows, so there is a watermark on the desktop saying:
For testing purposes. Build 2020- This may refer to the year that this system was added to Progressbar95.
- Progressbar Largehorn's version is build 5.99β, resembling build 5098, but actually it resembles builds 4002.Lab06_N(ntvbl06).030108-1926 to 4042.main.030905-1800, which were compiled during the pre-reset era (2003-2005).
- This is because the Air theme used in this system looks similar to the Plex theme used in builds 3683 to 4042.main.030905-1800.
- This is the last version of Progressbar in the Progress Computer lineup to have the "Begin" text on the Begin button.
- Starting from Progressbar Largehorn, the clock cannot be opened by tapping the time on the right part of taskbar. Instead, there is the clock on the up-right part of the screen, which is also the Slow time utility.
- The Sidebar appears for the first time on this system. It contains the following features:
- Analog clock (or Slow time)
- Media Player
- Sliding puzzle (appears when playing Relax, Normal or Hardcore)
- Image slideshow (Image changes after restarting or changing display properties)
- As the Sidebar is here, the position of the Defragmentation, Firewall, Processes, and Bin icons are now changed.
- The Largehorn symbol in the logo is made of squares.
- While playing Progress Defender in this system, the Clippy short speech bubble assets are the same as the "popupwindow2" assets, which is probably a visual bug.
- This release of Progressbar shares the same startup sound as Progressbar Wista.
- This release of Progressbar shares the same shutdown sound as Progressbar XB.
- Despite being based on Progressbar XB, the Defragmentation, Browser and Text File icons are taken from Progressbar Wista, and for Cursor 1, the Cursor from Progressbar 95 to 98 and NOT 4.0 Server is used instead of the XB one.
- The version number is one hundredth away from Progressbar Wista's.
- This was the only system that used to have 4 wallpapers that were all the same (before 0.490).
